Dale Ann joined Summit Place of Mooresville as the Executive Director in March 2008. She has 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry having served as a Certified Dietary Manager, Marketing / Admissions Director and Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Dale Ann earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Katie has been with the Summit Place of Mooresville Team since August of 1997. She started with the company in Statesville, North Carolina as the Activities Director and held this position for 2 years. She then transitioned to the Business Office Manager position and transferred to her hometown of Mooresville when Bell Senior Living opened a community there.

Cyndi is the most recent addition to the management team at Summit Place of Mooresville.  Cyndi has an extensive background in marketing, media and sales  -  as Sales Manager for ABC Radio / The Walt Disney Corporation in Atlanta for 13 years, and Senior Account Manager for Cumulus Broadcasting in Atlanta for 6 years.  She and her husband recently moved to Mooresville to be closer to family.  Cyndi has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications and Broadcasting from Appalachian State University, is a proud member of the Professional Women’s Club of the Mooresville Chamber of Commerce and a Club Member of Toastmasters at the Lake - Lake Norman.  She is also working on the organizational committee for The Alzheimers Walk.  If you are seeking accommodations for yourself or a family member - you can reach Cyndi at 704-799-2712 or at her e mail ccaldwell@bellpartnersinc.com.

Mindy has been a nurse for 12 years, working in various areas of healthcare. She has experience in pediatrics, home health, hospital, urgent care, physician offices and assisted living communities. She has been with Summit Place of Mooresville for 3 years. Mindy began her career here as Seasons Coordinator and has been the Director of Health Services since February 2008.

Sandra is the Director of Memory Care at Summit Place of Mooresville. She joined the Bell Senior Living Team in March 2008. Sandra has been an LPN since 1983. She lived all of her life in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida until she recently relocated to Mooresville, North Carolina. Sandra’s previous nursing experience has been in predominantly geriatric hospitals with much involvement in the Dementia and Alzheimer’s Units.

Darlene has worked at Summit Place of Mooresville for the past 5 years, serving as the Evening Receptionist, as well as being quite involved in the Activities Department. She is currently the Director Of Activities here at Summit Place of Mooresville. Previously, Darlene served as a Missionary in the Appalachia Region.

John is the Director of Food & Beverage and has been a member of the Summit Place of Mooresville Team since October 2007. He brings with him a vast array of dining and culinary experience. John has served as Chef Manager, Corporate Chef, Catering Chef and Kitchen Supervisor throughout his career.

Cris joined our team at Summit Place of Mooresville in November 2008. He is a 2003 graduate of Appalachian State University with a B. S. degree in Criminal Justice. Cris has an extensive background in installation of diagnostic imaging equipment such as MRIs, Cardiac Cath Labs, Radiography/ Fluoroscopy and CT scanners.
